Keizer Sport Shipping Policy

 

The Commitment

As a founder-led brand, Keizer Sport prioritizes quality over mass-market speed. Every piece of gear is hand-inspected by our team before it is cleared for dispatch. This ensures that the equipment you receive meets our high standards.

Shipment Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Due to our quality-control process, orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Pre-orders: Please refer to specific item descriptions for custom production and fulfillment timelines.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days (after processing) via PostNL / DHL.
  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days (after processing).
  • International: 7–14 business days (after processing).
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €100. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your gear has been hand-inspected and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)

  • Keizer Sport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Risk of Loss

  • Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. Keizer Sport is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Quality Control & Returns

  • A flat return shipping fee of 6,95 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the cost of the return label and processing.
  • To maintain the integrity of our brand, we have a strict policy for returns:
  • All returns must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Items returned with signs of wear, scent (cologne, smoke, detergent), or damage will be subject to a partial refund based on the diminished value or may be rejected.
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
