At Keizer Sport, we stand by the quality of our gear. We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package.
Conditions for a Refund
- To be eligible for a full refund (minus the return fee), items must be:
- In the same condition that you received them.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from any scents (cologne, smoke, detergent) or animal hair.
Diminished Value
- Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be inspected. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return based on the diminished value of the item.
The Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- A flat rate return shipping fee of €6.95 applies to all returns. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
- We provide the return shipping label to ensure the package is tracked and insured.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
